CEO and Founder
Juliana’s vision for La Juliette Youth Organisation was born from her experiences growing up in the Caribbean where limited resources affected her community. Determined to make a difference, she pursued qualifications in event coordination in the UK while dedicating herself to help the next generation overcome the challenges she once faced.
Through La Juliette Youth Organisation, Juliana aims to provide young people with opportunities that she lacks. She believes in leveraging culture, education, and community engagement as tools for personal growth.La Juliette Youth Organisation is creating an exciting new TV show that will shine a spotlight on the extraordinary talents of young people from the UK, Afro-Caribbean and African communities.
Monica Frederick
She has coordinated numerous spaces for the healing and betterment of countless children including: Teaching and hosting reading programs for young people, Directing of the children’s ministry and coaching Netball and soccer. She represented the Turks and Caicos in the FIFA World Cup and became a certified coach through CONCACAF.
It has always been her passion to help individuals achieve their optional potential. As president of her local sports club she coordinated and organised various activities for young people to keep them engaged and nurture their talent in sports.
Currently she is an ambassador to youth in Austin, Texas as a certified CASA Volunteer advocating for and supporting young people in incredible difficult circumstances. As partner of La Juliette it is her desire to afford every individual an opportunity to achieve and maximise their true ability. La Juliette is here to give this second chance to all persons desirous of bringing out untapped and unnatural talent and potential.
Ojo Olushola O ( Coordinator for Africa)
Popularly known as Washola, the CEO of WMPGLOBAL ACCESS an entertainment Label and representing Africa as one of the coordinator for this great project. I am a music producer in Nigeria and am a Nigerian. I graduated from the University of Lagos, with a degree in Psychology. Am a songwriter and an instrumentalist. I am a trainer / Teacher and an Entrepreneur when not involving with music. I can sense the talent in an individual and I love to help develop the youths, helping them to reach their potentials
I was captivated by Juliana’s passion to help the youth, which is one of my greatest strengths.
I appreciate the opportunity to contribute to this project. I’ve reviewed the details and am eager to provide insights and support the team in achieving our objectives.
Together, I believe we can leverage our collective strengths to achieve remarkable outcomes for this project. Pursuing perfection through music, arts and culture, even if it means challenging the boundaries of conventional creativity.

I am the secretary of La Juliette Youth Organisation. I have 3 Lovely daughters, I am currently working for an electrical company
I am a very practical person and love taking on new tasks and challenges. I have been wanting to give back to my community for a long time now, and being a part of La Juliette Charity is a fantastic opportunity to do this, the charity will help young homeless people off the streets and into the correct support net works. I am excited to be a part of this wonderful company and will do my best to support everyone involved,
